He represents employers and executives across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio in the defense and resolution of employment-related claims, including wage and hour matters, union negotiations, and discrimination cases. His construction law practice includes lien enforcement, bond claims, contract drafting, and construction-related insurance audits.
Burr has successfully tried cases in federal court, including obtaining a defense verdict in an ADA discrimination matter, and prevailed on appeals before the United States Supreme Court.
