Michael joined The Waveland Law Group to provide state-of-the-art, cost-effective, personalized legal services for individuals and businesses in civil disputes and transactional matters.<\/p>\n
With more than twenty years of legal practice, Michael successfully represented clients in high-stakes, complex litigation, mainly within the confines of large law firms. During that time, he acquired substantial experience and developed outstanding litigation skills in complex civil litigation involving product liability, construction, personal injury, consumer fraud and plaintiff\u2019s side class action matters. However, over time, it became increasingly apparent that the high hourly rates large law firms impose to support their substantial overhead made it impossible for many people and businesses to access superior legal services when they were needed. Too often, while practicing at a large law firm, he was forced to turn away people who required legal help because it was not economically feasible for him to represent them at \u201cbig firm\u201d rates. To Michael this was unacceptable.<\/p>\n
Waveland Law Group enables Michael to deliver the highest caliber legal services economically and efficiently to a far broader spectrum of clients, whom he represents in civil disputes involving business transactions and construction. Michael also advocates for those who have been injured by consumer fraud, deceptive business practices, medical malpractice and the negligence of others.<\/p>\n
